Jessica Kollmann gets promoted!

EmeryvilleCaliforniaUnited States of America(Free-Press-Release.com) May 9, 2011 --
This morning BAY Inc. in Emeryville, CA celebrated its second big promotion of 2011 and declared the promotion of Jessica Kollmann to Assistant Manager of Marketing. Ms. Kollmann’s new tasks as assistant manager include managing client relations and coordinating with the administration, legal and accounting departments. Additionally, Ms. Kollmann will be responsible for making personal decisions, interviewing applicants and overseeing 30 to 40 associates.

In an emotional ceremony, President of BAY Inc., Alon Brener, addressed the entire company and spoke highly and motivationally of Jessica’s incredible work ethic. During his address, Mr. Brener wholeheartedly stated, “I truly hope my daughter has the work ethic that Jessica has.” Jessica also addressed the company, thanking her mentors Mr. Brener and Arianna Ibarra, her family, and her co-workers. Jessica’s father and sister were in attendance and personally addressed in a tear jerking segment of Jessica’s speech. In reflection of her promotion, Jessica enthusiastically stated, “The juice was worth the squeeze.”

Ms. Kollmann, 23, joined the company in October of 2009 as junior marketing associate. With her determination, commitment and endurance, Ms. Kollmann immediately moved into account management. Ms. Kollman joined the company with incredible work ethic and shortly developed exemplary leadership skills and confidence. These tremendous characteristics lead Jessica to this morning’s commendable promotion to Assistant Management.

Jessica attended the University of California Davis, achieving both a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications in June 2009. While at Davis, Ms. Kollmann interned as a Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley, worked at a non-profit organization called Sojourn to the Past, and volunteered for children with special needs.

In a conversation last week, Ms. Kollmann mentioned a quote that she often turns to for inspiration: “Do the one thing you cannot do. Fail at it. Try again. Do better the second time. The only people who never tumble are those who never mount the high wire” (Oprah). Jessica explained, “I embrace failure because I look at it as a learning experience. Failure motivates me to do better or work harder.” Jessica, unafraid to tumble, was determined to succeed and this morning, all of her hard work paid off.

BAY, excited and honored to promote Jessica, is anxious to see what their new Assistant Manager is capable of. BAY Inc is California’s leading promotional advertising and marketing firm.
